FAQ
Some of our accommodation is located in a preserved area (annexed) of the campsite village, away from the hustle and bustle and/or the heart of local life. A road must be crossed to link the main services offered by the campsite.
Your arrival/departure at the campsite village
Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. Upon arrival, go directly to the Reception of your campsite village.
Departures are before 10am.
- A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay if the housekeeping has been done properly and the mobile home returned in perfect condition, inventory checked.
- The tourist tax is charged at almost all tourist sites. You will therefore need to pay this when you book online.
- On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. If you are arriving with two cars, you must inform the campsite on arrival. In this case, a supplement must be paid to the campsite.
Your stay at the campsite
- Dogs: Don't forget their vaccination record and tag with your address. Keeping your dog on a lead is compulsory.
- For your safety, our campsite is equipped with an AED (automated external defibrillator) and oxygen therapy equipment.
- Visitors from outside: Visitors are required to present themselves at reception, with proof of identity, during opening hours, and must pay a fee. For security reasons, visitors do not have access to the swimming pool or the campsite's other sports facilities. Wearing a temporary wristband is also compulsory. They undertake to respect the campsite rules displayed at reception and are under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. Visitors must pay to enter their vehicle as there is no outdoor car park. Visitors must have left the site by 11pm. The Management reserves the right to intervene by applying the internal regulations, in the event of a breach of these, by means of a permanent expulsion.
