FAQ

Your arrival/departure at the campsite village

Arrivals are expected between 4 pm and 7 pm. Upon arrival, go directly to the Reception. Departures are from 8 am to 10 am. 

• A security deposit is required on arrival at the campsite. It is payable in euros, before you are given the keys to your accommodation and will be refunded at the end of your stay.
• Tourist tax is payable at almost all tourist sites. You will need to pay this when you book online.
• On all our campsites, only one car is allowed. One pitch is provided per accommodation on the campsite (not necessarily on your pitch itself). If you are arriving with two cars (The second car must be parked in the campsite car park), you must inform the campsite on arrival.

Your stay on-site

• Dogs: Dogs are allowed in all accommodation except safari tents. Don't forget to bring your dog's vaccination certificate and medal with your address on it. 

Additional costs

• Eco-Contribution to the treatment of domestic waste : €0.45 / day / pers.
